- You receive instant confirmation of the registration of your claim on our website.
- Your claim is processed more quickly, with a confirmation sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), indicating the admissibility of your claim and the documents required to study your request.
- A reply from our company will reach you within 21 working days of receipt of all the documents requested (remember to check the "junk mail" folder in your mailbox).
