Easy baggage check-in with a dedicated Train + Air counter at Orly 4 airport.
Your SNCF e-ticket opens all doors! You can present it to the Train + Air shuttle driver, open the SNCF gates or show it to SNCF staff to access your train's departure platform. You can also collect your SNCF e-ticket from the self-service kiosks in stations on the day of your train's departure only.

Train/plane timetables and frequencies to offer you the greatest number of connections to/from all TGV stations.

Assured free reservation on the next available train or flight in the event of plane or TGV delay or cancellation.
Payment of one night's hotel accommodation if necessary (except in cases of force majeure).

How does it work?

Book your Train + Air ticket directly online on our website, via our Central Reservations, at our points of sale or travel agencies.

- NEW! 72h before your train's departure: you will receive an e-mail to check in online directly on the check-in.accesrail.com website and get your e-train ticket.

- 48h before your flight's departure: you will receive an e-mail to check in online on our aircaraibes.com website and get your boarding pass.

NEW! No more need to go to the Train + Air ticket offices in the station before your departure to collect your train ticket and your coupon for access to the free shuttle!

1 - At the station
Go directly aboard your train with your SNCF e-ticket (collection is also possible, only on the day of train departure, at self-service terminals in stations).
If you have travelled by train the day before your flight departure, Air Caraïbes will not cover the cost of accommodation in Paris. In addition, you will have to arrive the next morning either directly at your flight check-in (at least 1 hour before departure) or at Massy station to take the shuttle bus (at least 1 hour 40 minutes before your flight's departure).

2 - Collect your luggage
You are responsible for getting your luggage to the check-in counter at the airport. For security reasons, luggage is not checked in at the station, but only at the airport on the day of your departure.

3 - Connection Massy TGV station / Airport
Board the free Train + Air shuttle that will take you to Paris Orly 4 airport.
Present your SNCF e-ticket to the driver. The transfer between Massy TGV station and Paris Orly 4 will take approximately 20 to 30 min.

4 - At the airport
Go to the Air Caraïbes / Train + Air baggage drop-off counter with your travel memo or boarding pass and your ID.

2 - Collect your baggage on arrival
Air Caraïbes will take care of transporting your baggage to the baggage carousel at your final destination airport. You are then responsible for transporting it from the airport to your arrival station.

3 - Connection Airport / Massy TGV station
Go to gate 47d to take the free Train + Air shuttle to Massy TGV station. Present your SNCF e-ticket to the driver. The transfer between Paris Orly 4 and Massy TGV station will take approximately 20 to 30 min.

4 - At Massy TGV station
Go directly aboard your train with your SNCF e-ticket (collection is also possible, only on the day of the train's departure, at self-service terminals in the station).

Special cases

An end-to-end assistance service for passengers with reduced mobility.
Thanks to SNCF's "Accès Plus" assistance for your train journey, benefit from assistance right from the departure station and at your arrival station. This assistance is provided in coordination with the assistance for your flight.
You can book this assistance service directly with our company or your travel agency for your entire Train + Air trip and in both directions.
NB: Passengers must be able to sit on a seat. Bulky, non-folding chairs are not accepted. Passengers requiring "WCHC" assistance (from check-in to the aircraft seat - the passenger is
unable to travel alone) cannot benefit from the Train + Air service.

Unaccompanied children (UM) and passengers requiring assistance (MAAS) are not eligible for Train + Air.

Travel with a pet is possible with Train + Air (pets in the cabin - PETC and in the hold - AVIH).
Pets must be:
- placed in a cage or basket whose dimensions do not exceed
45 x 30 x 25 cm.
- otherwise kept on a leash and muzzled. For passengers accompanied by an assistance or guide dog, muzzling is not compulsory.
Your pet's ticket is included with your Train + Air ticket.

Special luggage, such as bicycles, windsurfers, and animals in the hold are allowed on a Train + Air route.

Conditions and authorized luggage

Train + Air bookings are possible up to 24 hours before departure.
Air and train bookings must be made simultaneously.
It is not possible to book the flight at first and add the TGV route later.
Service available in code share with French bee.

2 suitcases (70x90x50cm max/suitcase) + 1 piece of hand luggage (40x30x15cm) max per person. (Provided they can be carried alone and at once)
If travelling with special luggage: 1 piece of special luggage (130x90cm max) + 1 suitcase (70x90x50cm max) + 1 piece of hand luggage (40x30x15cm) max per person. (Provided they can be carried alone and at once)
