*A modification is a change of date, route or flight. Modifications without penalty are authorized subject to available seats, in the same booking class and seasonality.
**The refund request must be made prior to travel - before departure of the scheduled flight.
In case of no-show at the airport before the check-in closing time mentioned on his ticket (generally, 1h30 before the scheduled departure), (i.e. no show), the ticket is cancelled in its entirety and the passenger will not be able to benefit from his return flight is lost.
As an exception to the above, to be able to keep their return ticket, passengers must make a request to AIR CARAIBES before the departure of their outbound flight, pay a penalty of €100 and the additional price they would have had to pay if they had purchased the return Ticket only at the fare in force on the day of the request.
Refunds are not possible in the event of a no show. Only taxes (excluding fuel taxes) can be reimbursed for no-shows.
