Accessible to Madras-class passengers, Diamant or Gold loyalty program members, or for an additional fee, these areas offer comfortable seating, refreshments, free Wi-Fi, and work or relaxation areas. Take advantage of these services to relax and prepare serenely for your journey.
Conditions for access to the relaxation lounges:
Access to the VIP lounges is offered on the company's transatlantic network:
- to passengers in the Madras class (invitation card to be collected when checking in at the Madras counter).
- to travelers in the Soleil and Caraibes classes with the Lounge Pass.
- to Diamant cardholders, with the possibility of coming accompanied by a guest and subject to availability.
- to Gold cardholders without an accompanying person and subject to availability.
The prime class lounge - Paris Orly 4
The Prime Class lounge, open daily from 05:30 to 22:00, offers you a panoramic view of the Paris Orly 4 runways as well as a choice of quality services.
With a surface area of 375m² and 105 seats, it is located close to your boarding gate.
This private space allows you to work or relax away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal. Spacious and modern, this lounge features free wifi.
A range of light meals and hot and cold drinks are available on a self-service basis.

The Extime Lounge - Paris Orly 4
We are delighted to invite you to a brand-new private lounge called Extime Lounge, which will offer you comfort and tranquility before your departure !
Extime Lounge welcomes you in a reserved area within the Paris-Orly 4 airport.
Opening times : 7d/7 - 6:00 am - 9:30 pm*
*Schedules may vary according to flight plans and are subject to seasonal changes.
Conditions for access to the Extime d'Orly 4 lounge
Access to the Extime Lounge is offered free of charge to Préférence Diamant and Gold members traveling in Madras class from Paris Orly 4 with:
- a paid ticket (airfare at a commercial fare)
- an Award ticket (airfare paid for with Préférence convertible Miles)
- an upgrade (purchase of an upgrade in advance or purchase of an Up Class upgrade at the airport ) in Madras class paid for in euros or convertible Miles.
Each Préférence Diamant member concerned by this benefit may be accompanied free of charge by a single other passenger also traveling in Madras class under the conditions described above.
NB:
- Access to this lounge for other passengers accompanying a Préférence Diamant and Gold member concerned by this benefit is subject to a fee*.
- Access to this lounge for any other Air Caraïbes passenger is subject to a fee*.
Exclusions:
1 - Passengers traveling in Madras class thanks to a Madras class auction upgrade do not have free access to this lounge*.
2 - Free upgrades to Madras class do not entitle passengers to free access to this lounge*.
NB:
Diamant (+1 companion traveling in Madras class) or Gold class passengers who have been downgraded from Madras to Caraibes or Soleil class as a result of an operating irregularity (oversold in Madras, cancellation of Madras class, etc.), retain their free access to this lounge*.
* Can be purchased directly from Air Caraïbes in euros or in Miles Préférence.
The VIP lounge - Pôle Caraïbes, Guadeloupe
With its hushed ambience, warm colors and comfortable designer furniture, this lounge is the perfect place to relax and make your airport wait a pleasant experience.
You'll be able to phone, relax and work in complete peace and quiet. International magazines and newspapers are also available, as well as self-service snacks and hot and cold beverages.
