Service valid on transatlantic flights, excluding all flights operated in codeshare with French Bee and with the exception of flights departing from Fort-de-France, Punta Cana, Port-au-Prince and San Salvador in the Bahamas.

This service allows passengers to benefit from..:
From Paris Orly (ORY): check-in, filtering and priority boarding.
From Cayenne (CAY), Pointe-à-Pitre (PTP) and Fort-de-France (FDF): priority check-in and boarding.

Speed Bag :

Service valid on transatlantic flights, excluding all flights operated in codeshare with French Bee and excluding flights departing from Fort-de-France, Punta Cana, Port-au-Prince and San Salvador in the Bahamas.

This service allows passengers to receive their baggage with priority over the baggage of other Sun class passengers. Priority does not apply to the baggage of passengers in Caribbean and Madras classes.
Does not apply to oversized baggage.

Conditions applicable to both offers:

Unless otherwise provided for in these general terms and conditions, the purchase of this service is subject to the Air Caraïbes general terms and conditions of sale and carriage.
The price applicable to this service is that in force on the date of purchase thereof. In the event of non-payment, the service cannot be returned.

The reservation for this service is personal and non-transferable.
This service can only be issued when the ticket to which it is attached is also issued.
The service can only be refunded if the ticket to which it is attached is also refundable.
No refund will be possible in the absence of actual collection of the price by Air Caraïbes.

If the service cannot be rendered due to Air Caraïbes, it will be refunded at the passenger's request.
In the event of cancellation or delay of a flight, a refund may be made under the conditions set out in the general conditions of sale and carriage available here.

The Passenger may under no circumstances be reimbursed if:

• (a) through his/her fault, he/she does not make use of the service or,
• (b) if he/she does not meet the booking conditions for the service or,
• (c) if he/she does not comply with the General Conditions of Sale and Carriage and/or the conditions applicable to the service or,
• (d) if he/she has modified or cancelled his/her flight himself/herself.

Air Caraïbes reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.

Please note: For purchases paid for in foreign currency, an additional local tax may be added to the pre-tax amount of the products. For example, when departing from the Dominican Republic, the ITBIS tax of 18% is added to the selling price of our services.
