Print luggage tags

To save time, we strongly advise you to print your baggage tags when you check in online. Once at the airport, go directly to the Air Caraïbes baggage drop-off area.

How does it work ?

Select the "baggage labels" option when you check in online.
Print your baggage label in A4 format (standard paper) and fold it in 4, as shown on the template below.
Go to the airport no later than 1h30 before your departure, directly to the Air Caraïbes baggage drop-off area, to confirm your check-in*.
Insert the folded document into the reusable label holder provided by our on-site staff and attach it to your baggage.

* Excess baggage fees (overweight or oversize) may apply if you do not meet the baggage allowance allowed in your class of travel.

Reusable label holders will be available in the baggage drop-off area. Please do not hesitate to ask our station agents at the airport.

Online registration, a real time-saver !

In fact, by printing your boarding pass and your own baggage tags* from home or at the office, you can, once at the airport:

If you're traveling without hold baggage:
You proceed directly to Police and Security formalities and proceed directly to the boarding lounge for your departure (at least 1 hour before departure on a regional flight or at least 1h30 for departure on a transatlantic flight). You must arrive at least 30 minutes before Check-in Deadline. After this time, seat reservations will be cancelled.
If you have hold baggage but have not printed your baggage tags:
You must drop it off at the "CARAIBES" counter before the check-in deadline (1h30 before flight departure for transatlantic flights and 1 hour for regional flights). You must arrive at least 30 min before the Check-in Deadline. After this time, seat reservations will be cancelled.
If you have hold baggage and have already printed your baggage tags*:
On arrival at the airport, go directly to the Air Caraïbes baggage drop-off area

In addition, you choose your seat in the aircraft yourself on a cabin plan.
For round-trip flights (i.e. if the return flight takes place on the same day) you will be issued a single boarding pass.

Online registration, a real time-saver!

This service is available from 48 hours to 1 hour before your flight's departure (for regional flights) and 1.5 hours before departure (for transatlantic flights).
Passengers must check in at least 30 min before Check-in Deadline. After this time, seat reservations will be cancelled.

Step 1: IDENTIFICATION:

In order to display your travel details, you must identify yourself: Enter your last name and your reservation file number (consisting of 6 letters or numbers*)
*You can find it on your reservation confirmation e-mail or printed on your paper ticket.

Step 2:REGISTRATION

The list of passengers booked on the same reservation file is displayed. You can check-in all these passengers at the same time. If you wish to add another passenger, simply click on the "check-in another passenger" button and enter his or her identification data.
PLEASE NOTE that baggage regulations are now a step to be validated.

Step 3: READ AND ACCEPT THE RESTRICTIONS ON CARRYING DANGEROUS GOODS (hand or checked baggage).
Step 4: CHOOSE YOUR SEAT AND CONFIRM

You see the seats that have been assigned to you and to the passengers listed in your reservation. If these seats suit you, click and confirm; if not, change your seat. To do this, select the passenger and choose another seat.

Step 5: PRINT YOUR OWN BAGGAGE TAGS:

Select the "baggage tags" option when checking in online. Print your baggage label in A4 format (standard paper) and fold it into 4.

Step 6:RELEASE, CHECK AND PRINT YOUR BOARDING CARD

You are now checked in. To save time at the airport, you can print out your boarding pass and those of the passengers traveling with you before you get there. You must arrive at least 30 min before the Check-in Deadline. After this time, seat reservations will be cancelled.

What to do at the airport

Take your boarding pass with you to simplify formalities at the airport and save time, thanks to this innovative service!

If you have (hold) baggage, simply drop it off at the "CARAIBES" check-in counter before the deadline.

Police checks can be quite lengthy, so be careful not to arrive at the airport too late!

If you don't have (hold) baggage, you can go straight to the security checks and to your flight's boarding gate. You must arrive at least 30 minutes before Check-in Deadline. After this time, seat reservations will be cancelled.

NEW RESTRICTIONS ON CABIN LUGGAGE

Don't forget that police checks can take a long time. You should therefore arrive at the airport at least 1 hour beforehand.

If you don't have a printer, or if you encounter a problem printing your document, your check-in will still be processed correctly.You will, however, need to collect your boarding pass from your flight's check-in counter before the check-in deadline!
At the check-in counter, you will need to present your (valid) ID.
