Cut-off times

The latest check-in time corresponds to the opening time of our counters. It is from this time onwards that passengers can go to the departure airport and check in their baggage. Before this time, it is not possible to do so.

Check-in cut-off time (CCT) corresponds to the cut-off time beyond which, acceptance on the flight is no longer guaranteed, outward and return reservations will be automatically canceled and available seats offered to passengers on the waiting list.

The check-in time is the time from which a traveler can check in his/her luggage at our counters.

For security reasons, it is imperative that passengers are present when their baggage is checked in.

Transatlantic flight: From Paris: 4h00 before departure*
From Guadeloupe and Martinique: 4h00 before departure
From other transatlantic destinations: 4h00 before departure
Regional flight: Medium courier: 2h before departure
Short courier: 1h30 before departure
Train + Air: Since 16/11/2022, the train ticket is digitalized: RDV at 72h of the departure on : check-in.accesrail.com/

*From Paris, continuous check-in between the first and last Air Caraïbes flights of the day.

The Check-In Deadline corresponds to the cut-off time beyond which, in case of no-show at the counter, the passenger's acceptance on the flight is no longer guaranteed.

In case of no-show before the cutoff time, check-in and boarding are no longer guaranteed, outbound and return reservations will be automatically cancelled and available seats will be offered to passengers on the waiting list.

The passenger is invited to take note of the cut-off times on his electronic ticket.

Transatlantic flight: 1h30 before departure
Regional flight: Saint-Domingue: 60 minutes before departure*
Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France, St-Martin, Sainte-Lucie: 30 minutes before departure*
Train + Air: 20 minutes before departure

*After these times, seat reservations will be cancelled.

An SMS alert in the event of aircraft delays (from 2 hours, provided you have given your customers' mobile numbers when booking).

In order to ensure an on-time departure, boarding begins 1h30 before departure time. After check-in, we invite passengers to proceed directly to the boarding lounge. If the passenger is not present at the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure time: he/she will not be accepted.

To save time, passengers can use the online check-in.
