Free or at extra cost, we all have a different idea of the ideal seat. Depending on your situation, follow our tips and instructions to better help you choose yours.
It couldn't be simpler!
You can choose it either at the time of booking (when you buy your ticket) or at a later date by following the steps below:
- Log in to "Manage my booking".
- Enter your reservation number and surname.
- Select "modify services" then "seats".
- On the cabin map, choose for each passenger the seat that suits you then click on confirm your products.
- If the seat is paying, the total amount of the selected products is displayed, then click on "continue" then proceed to the payment to confirm your choice.
Please note!
As of 02/06/2023 passengers with particularity will be able to sit at their convenience in our aircraft with the exception of seats that are forbidden to them (emergency exit and in some cases, the 1st rows or certain seats more space).
Seat selection then becomes chargeable for all, with the exception of passengers WCHC and their companions (same file) who must imperatively travel together.
If the seat beneficiary does not meet the criteria defined below, Air Caraïbes reserves the right to assign a different seat, without the possibility of refund. Please respect the conditions.
THE CONDITIONS
- For imperative safety reasons and in accordance with aviation regulations, the reservation of an emergency exit seat is only possible for able-bodied persons who have full use of their movements and are able to understand the safety instructions.
A choice of seats is available for these customers:
Choice of seat offered for wheelchair users and their companions.
Seat selection offered to passengers Préférence Diamant & Gold and their companion (if booked in the same folder.
Seat selection offered for Silver + passengers (not available for companions).
And for even more comfort, choose the top seats!

- Caraïbes Class: facing the bulkhead with more legroom/60€ per seat, per leg.
