This is a 6-character alphanumeric code, example: 8L6YTK
Be careful not to confuse 0 and O or I and L.
You will find this code in the "Reservation number" or "Booking ref" section on your airline ticket.

Electronic ticket number
This is a sequence of numbers in the form "Document 427-1234567890" or "Ticket number 427-1234567890".
Invoice
When you purchase online, you will receive 2 documents, a booking confirmation and a receipt (Electronic ticket receipt).
These are your purchase confirmation (global summary) and your invoice (one per traveler). Be sure to keep it, as it may be requested by certain organizations. Details of taxes and fees are summarized at the end of this document.
