Security
To guarantee the security of your online payments, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This security protocol establishes an encrypted connection between your browser and our website, ensuring that all sensitive data transmitted, such as credit card information, is protected against unauthorized access. So you can shop with peace of mind, knowing that your personal data is treated confidentially and securely.

Our payment methods

Credit card
Payment in one go by credit card with one of the following cards: CB / VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX.

Payment in instalments
Payment in 3x or 4x Oney: thanks to our partner Oney, you also have the option of paying for your purchase by credit card in 3 or 4 instalments.

Shared payment
Payment with multiple credit cards: multiple cards or multiple payers (in the case of a group).
This payment method allows you to avoid credit card limit issues or to share a booking with each participant, saving you from advancing funds.
In the case of shared payment, each participant accesses a dedicated payment page.
Available up to 3 days before the trip.

Paypal
Payment via PayPal (Paypal account linked to the holder's bank account or credit card).
Paypal protects your data and allows you to pay with complete peace of mind.

Apple Pay
Pay via Apple Pay with your credit, debit or prepaid card in Apple Wallet (Cards App) from your iOS or macOS device.

Google Pay
Enjoy a simple, fast, and secure payment with Google Pay. Select it on the payment page and confirm your purchase!
Available up to 3 days before departure

Instant transfer
Fast payment by instant bank transfer.
This solution allows you not to be blocked by your credit card ceiling and to make payments simply and quickly for amounts of up to €15,000.
By choosing this payment method, you'll be redirected to your bank's interface and can proceed to the booking payment in just a few clicks without filling in your IBAN.
Compatible with the majority of French banks, this solution lets you pay for your trip in just a few clicks!

Vacation vouchers
Pay for your purchases on our site using your dematerialized vacation vouchers, you can then complete the booking by credit card or one of our other payment methods (excluding 3/4x CB and Paypal).
Simple, fast and secure, this payment method allows you to use your vacation vouchers to travel with Air Caraïbes!
Available up to 3 days before travel.

LADOM
Pre-book your purchases online then make an appointment at our physical Air Caraïbes agencies to pay with your LADOM vouchers for residents of the Antilles/Guyane and Reunion.
Available up to 10 days before travel.

Miles Préférence
Payment in Préférence Miles for members of the Préférence loyalty program.

Credit card
Payment by credit card with one of the following cards: CB / VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX
In the event of payment by credit card in excess of €1,500, signature of a receipt is mandatory.

Payment in instalments
Payment in 2, 3 or 4 instalments (3XCB): thanks to our partner Crédit Agricole, you have the option of paying for your purchase by bank card in 2, 3 or 4 instalments right up to the day of your departure.
This method of payment is only available to customers of French banks (excluding online banking) up to a maximum of €6,000. Payment in instalments is not available at the Paris ORLY airport branch.

Shared payment
Payment with several credit cards: several cards or several payers (in the case of a group).
This payment method allows you to avoid credit card ceiling issues or to share a reservation with each participant, thus avoiding you having to advance funds.
A single file including up to 3 maximum payment methods.

Cheque or cash
Payment by bank check or cash (more than one month before departure).
- Cash: A cash payment may not exceed €1,000, unless it is the customer's only means of payment (no bank account). This threshold is raised to €15,000 for foreign tourists making a personal expenditure
- Checks: No limits

Vacation vouchers
Payment in Classic ANCV vacation vouchers (paper format).
It is possible to pay for the entire booking in vacation vouchers, with no maximum payment limit.

LADOM
Payment in LADOM vouchers possible only for a flight departing from Antilles-Guyane and Réunion. Scheme reserved for residents of Antilles/Guyane and Reunion.

Miles Préférence
Payment in Préférence Miles for members of the Préférence loyalty program.

Credit card
Payment by credit card with one of the following cards: CB / VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX

Shared payment
Payment in several CBs (only possible if there are at least 2 tickets in the reservation file).

PayPal
Payment via PayPal (Paypal account linked to the holder's bank account or credit card).
Paypal protects your data and allows you to pay with complete peace of mind.

Apple Pay
Payment via Apple Pay (Apple Pay account linked to the holder's bank account or bank card).
Apple Pay protects your data and allows you to pay with complete peace of mind.

Miles Préférence
Payment in Préférence Miles for members of the Préférence loyalty program.
Checking means of payment
The carrier reserves the right to carry out checks and verifications on remote banking transactions at any time.
The credit card used to pay for the order may be requested for control during registration.
This measure is intended to prevent any risk of fraudulent use of the bank card by a third party without the cardholder's knowledge.
The Carrier may be required to contact and/or request, by any means whatsoever from the purchaser and this, via the contact details transmitted at the time of Reservation, communication of the following documents:
- clear copy recto of the bank card used for payment of tickets showing the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card, the expiry date and the name of the holder (photocopy or photo);
- clear copy of the identity document of the cardholder and passenger.
This information must be sent as soon as possible, to the Carrier's fraud control department at the following address: controlepaiement@aircaraibes.com or presented at an AIR CARAÏBES point of sale or check-in counter on the day of departure.
The Passenger's Ticket will be suspended by the Carrier until the requested documents are obtained. The Company undertakes to destroy all such documents within twelve (12) months of the Passenger's return flight.
The Carrier reserves the right to cancel the Passenger's reservation and tickets in the following cases:
- failure to provide the documents specified above;
- receipt of documents demonstrating a risk of fraudulent use of the bank card;
- absence of response from the purchaser or inability to contact the purchaser within 48 hours of the reservation.
The Passenger must present the following specified documents:
- Legible copy of the front of the bank card used for ticket payment showing the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card, the expiry date and the name of the holder (photocopy or photo);
- Legible copy of the ID of the cardholder and the Passenger.
Failing this, or in the event of presentation of documents deemed non-compliant, the Carrier reserves the right not to issue boarding vouchers to the Passenger for security reasons. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent use of a bank card by a third party.
