In the event of no-show at the airport before check-in closing time (generally 1 hour before scheduled departure), or NO SHOW: the return is lost on these classes.
Refunds are not possible in case of a no show . Only tax refunds can be requested for unused segments..

Discounts:
Infants (0 to 23 months): 90% in Soleil class and 80% in Caraïbes and Madras classes.
Children (2 to 11 years) to Port-au-Prince, Santo Domingo, Santiago de Cuba, Havana, Punta-Cana: 25% off in Soleil class - Caraïbes and Madras classes.
Child (2 to 11 years): 33% in Soleil class and 25% off in Caraïbes and Madras classes(for destinations Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France, Saint-Martin Juliana, and Cayenne).
