*NO SHOW : no-show at the airport before the check-in closing time (usually 1 hour before scheduled departure).
**A modification is a change of date, route or flight. Modifications are authorized subject to seat availability, in the same booking class and seasonality. Penalties to be expected - between 100 euros and 150 euros penalties (see table) + possible fare readjustment (if booking class changed).
***Refund request must be made prior to travel - before departure of scheduled flight.
In case of no-show at the airport before the check-in closing time (usually 1 hour before the scheduled departure), either NO SHOW: the return is lost on these classes.
Refund impossible in case of no show. Only tax refunds can be claimed for no-shows.

Infant (0 to 23 months): 90% in Sun class and 80% in Caribbean and Madras class
Child (2 to 11 years) to Port-au-Prince, Santo Domingo, Santiago de Cuba, Havana, Punta-Cana: 25% in Sun Class - Caribbean - Madras
Child (2 to 11 years): 33% in Sun Class and 25% in Caribbean and Madras (to Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France, Saint-Martin Juliana and Cayenne).
