Is NavigAIR accessible to people with reduced mobility?

NavigAIR is accessible to passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) or requiring assistance (which will be provided from their point of departure to their point of arrival).
The shipping company offers free assistance at the ferry terminal for any passenger requesting it:
- mentally impaired;
- deaf or hard-of-hearing traveler;
- blind or visually impaired traveler;
- elderly traveler or traveler with mobility difficulties;
- pregnant women and/or women with babies.

Passengers must request this assistance at the shipping company's departure counter or at Air Caraïbes if the flight precedes the maritime service.

Civilly disabled persons holding a card stating a degree of disability of at least 80% may travel by boat with a guide or assistance dog, (accepted free of charge and without a ticket on the boat).

Airport > ferry terminal transfer: passengers must, however, be able to board the shuttle to get to their seat.

Wheelchair users (UFR)
Special booking arrangements will need to be made for passengers traveling with a wheelchair.
The passenger must be able to sit on a seat (boat and shuttle).
The personal chair must be foldable and able to be placed in the luggage compartment. Only chairs with a width of less than 75 cm in the unfolded position, a length of less than 120 cm and an overall weight + passenger included of no more than 300 kg (otherwise the electric boat access platform would not work) are accepted.
No transport of passengers with full assistance.

The elements to be provided for each request are:
- Civility, surname and first name of the passenger
- Contact: telephone no. and if possible e-mail address
- Need for assistance: type of chair (electric or manual) / transferable/non-transferable customer
- presence of an attendant (surname/first name)

These services are offered free of charge.

Reservations must be made at the latest 72h before departure.
