I have just made a reservation on your site but have not received confirmation of my purchase. What should I do ?
04/29/2024For all bookings made on our website, two documents are sent by e-mail:
- A confirmation of your booking,
- Your electronic ticket summarizing your purchase.
The delay in receiving these 2 e-mails may take a few minutes or a few hours. If, even after checking all the folders in your mailbox (junk mail, promotions...), you still haven't received anything after this time, contact us as soon as possible.
