- To follow up your claim, add a message and/or a supporting document? You haven't heard back from our teams? We will do our utmost to get back to you as soon as possible (on average 21 working days). If, exceptionally, you have not received a response beyond this deadline, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations team via the "Manage my request" tab, entering the claim number, the reservation number and the passenger's name.
