Your payment by bank transfer, fully secured, will now be made directly on our website www.aircaraibes.com, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
The response following your payment by bank transfer of your Flexil PRO travel credits will be immediately notified to you by e-mail. The 48-hour period we used to need to validate your bank transfer will no longer apply.
Your VIP-Line will automatically process the transfer of travel credits purchased by bank transfer to your Flexil PRO account within 24 hours of your payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). No further action is required on your part.

What won't change for you?

Payment for your travelcredits by credit card on our website is always possible.
Purchasing travelcredits by telephone with your VIP-Line advisors or with your Sales Associate also always remains possible.
You will not be charged any payment fees for the purchase of your travelcredits whatever your method of payment or the choice of your contact person to carry out this commercial transaction.
