Can I travel with a funeral urn?

Funerary urn transport in hand luggage is possible. However, the following conditions must be met:

- the funeral urn must be sealed by the crematorium,
- made of materials suitable for x-rays,
- the dimensions to be respected are those of cabin baggage, 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm.
- the urn must be sealed and packaged in a container that does not allow other passengers to identify it as such,
- you must have in your possession the death certificate and the cremation certificate to present at the security checkpoint to avoid any confusion (certificate issued by the crematorium).
