Under no circumstances will Passengers be reimbursed if:
(a) through their own fault, they do not use the service or,
(b) they do not meet the booking conditions for the service or,
(c) they fail to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Carriage and/or the conditions applicable to the service
